Hurt Hare

Step one is loving the wounded animal crying inside.

I haven’t figured out any of the other steps yet, but I plan to!

First off, Love your Wounded Heart!

Knowing that we have pain, that we are wounded, isn’t enough. We must nurture and embraces these pieces. They can no longer live in exile. They must be identified and loved as much as our greatest strength.
